Return & Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy

At 4th Vision Studios, our work is custom creative production. Projects may involve dedicated production time, studio bookings, professional talent, artists, musicians, software, equipment, and other resources arranged specifically for each client.

Our refund policy is designed to create a fair exchange: clients have an opportunity to review their purchase before production begins, while 4th Vision is protected once time and resources have been committed to a project.

1. Cancellation Window

Clients may request a cancellation and full refund within 4 hours of purchase, provided that production has not already begun and no non-refundable third-party costs or commitments have been made for the project.

The 4-hour window is intended to give you time to make sure you selected the right service and understand what you are purchasing.

2. After the Cancellation Window

After the 4-hour cancellation window, a refund is not automatically guaranteed.

At this point, 4th Vision may have begun preparing your project, reserving studio or production time, coordinating talent, artists, musicians, or other contributors, or committing resources specifically to your project.

If you need to cancel after this point, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the project and determine whether a full, partial, or no refund is appropriate based on the work completed and costs already committed.

3. Once Production Begins

Because our services are custom-produced for each client, completed creative work cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.

Once production begins—including recording, editing, mixing, mastering, sound design, music production, script development, creative development, animation, film production, or other project-specific work—the portion of the service already performed may be non-refundable.

Any remaining unperformed portion of the project may be eligible for a partial refund at 4th Vision's discretion, after accounting for work completed and non-recoverable costs.

4. Third-Party & Production Costs

Some projects require us to coordinate resources on your behalf, including:

  • Studio time

  • Voice actors

  • Musicians or artists

  • Session players

  • Locations

  • Production crew

  • Specialized equipment

  • Licensed or third-party materials

  • Other approved production expenses

Once these costs have been committed or incurred for your project, they may be non-refundable.

We will make reasonable efforts to minimize unnecessary costs and, when appropriate, communicate significant third-party commitments before they are made.

5. Revisions & Creative Changes

A client changing their creative direction does not automatically qualify as a refund.

If revisions are included in your service or project agreement, we will use the agreed revision process to address reasonable changes within the project's approved scope.

Requests that substantially change the original scope may require an additional quote or revised agreement.

6. Quality & Project Concerns

Our goal is not simply to deliver a file—we want the finished work to meet the agreed project requirements.

If you believe there is a significant issue with the work, contact us and explain the concern before requesting a refund. Where appropriate, we will first look for a reasonable solution through revisions, corrections, or another agreed resolution.

This does not limit any rights or remedies that may apply under applicable law.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that circumstances can change.

If an unexpected situation affects your ability to continue with a project, contact us as soon as possible. While a refund cannot be guaranteed outside the cancellation window, we may consider a cancellation, partial refund, project credit, rescheduling, or other reasonable solution depending on the circumstances.

8. Project-Specific Agreements

Some projects may have terms that differ from this general policy because of their scope, timeline, talent requirements, licensing, production commitments, or other circumstances.

When applicable, the terms in your proposal, estimate, order, or signed project agreement will govern that specific project.

Our Commitment

We believe creative work should be a mutual investment.

You deserve clarity about what you are purchasing and a reasonable opportunity to change your mind before significant production resources are committed.

At the same time, once 4th Vision commits people, time, studio resources, talent, or other expenses specifically to your project, those commitments have real value and may not be recoverable.

Our goal is to handle cancellations and refund requests fairly, transparently, and in good faith, while protecting both the client and the creative team.
