Return & Refund Policy

At 4th Vision Studios, we believe creative work should begin with a clear and fair agreement between both sides. Because many of our services involve custom production, studio time, professional talent, artists, musicians, and other resources that may be scheduled specifically for your project, our refund policy is designed to protect both the client and the production team.

1. Cancellation Window

You have 4 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation and full refund, provided production has not already begun and no non-refundable third-party costs have been committed to your project.

This gives you a reasonable opportunity to review your purchase and make sure the service is right for your needs.

2. After the Cancellation Window

After the 4-hour cancellation period, a standard refund is no longer guaranteed.

At that point, 4th Vision may have already reserved studio time, coordinated artists or musicians, prepared project materials, scheduled production resources, or incurred other costs specifically for your project.

If work or commitments have already begun, any refund will be evaluated based on the portion of the project that has not yet been completed and any costs that cannot reasonably be recovered.

3. Custom Creative Services

Because services such as audio production, voiceover, sound design, mixing, mastering, sonic branding, film, animation, and caller experience production are custom creative services, they cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.

Once creative production begins, completed work and committed production costs may be non-refundable.

4. Revisions & Quality

A project not meeting your expectations does not automatically mean you lose your investment.

Where revisions are included in your project scope, we will use the agreed revision process to address reasonable creative or technical changes within that scope.

If there is a significant issue with the agreed deliverables, we encourage you to contact us so we can work toward a fair resolution.

5. Third-Party & Talent Costs

Costs paid or committed to third parties on your behalf—including studio bookings, artists, musicians, voice talent, locations, or other approved production expenses—may be non-refundable once those commitments have been made.

We will make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary costs and communicate significant commitments when appropriate.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that circumstances can change. If something unexpected happens, contact us as soon as possible.

While we cannot guarantee a refund outside the cancellation window, we will review the situation in good faith and determine whether a cancellation, credit, rescheduling, or partial refund is appropriate.

Our Commitment

Our goal is not to make refunds difficult. Our goal is to make expectations clear before either side commits significant time or resources.

You should know what you're purchasing, what is included, and how cancellation works. In return, once 4th Vision commits people, time, equipment, studio space, or production resources to your project, we need reasonable protection for those commitments.
