Third-party licensing, voice talent, specialized performer, or other external production costs may be separate from the $5,000 project investment and require client approval.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eHow the project works\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe confirm your phone journey, brand direction, scripts, technical requirements, and agreed deliverables before production begins. The completed assets are delivered ready for implementation by your phone provider, IT team, or phone-system administrator. 4th Vision Studios produces and delivers the files, but does not upload or configure your phone system unless separate implementation services are agreed.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTimeline:\u003c\/strong\u003e Approximately 2–4 weeks after required payment, project scope confirmation, and receipt of the materials needed to begin. Client delays may pause the production timeline.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eRevisions:\u003c\/strong\u003e Two revision rounds are included. Additional revision rounds are $450 each. A substantially different creative direction, new concept, substantially different script, or substantially different musical direction may be treated as new scope of work.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eFuture work:\u003c\/strong\u003e Future refreshes, new campaigns, new departments, new scripts, new voiceover, new music, or substantially different creative direction are outside the original Caller Experience™ scope and may be quoted as future work with additional fees and\/or an adjusted delivery schedule.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eOwnership:\u003c\/strong\u003e After full payment, you own the final custom audio assets created and delivered specifically for your project. 4th Vision Studios retains its pre-existing materials, methods, templates, workflows, general know-how, unused concepts, rejected concepts, and internal production techniques. Third-party materials remain subject to their applicable licenses.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTechnical warranty:\u003c\/strong\u003e Final delivered files include a 90-day technical warranty. If a delivered file contains a production error attributable to 4th Vision Studios, the file will be corrected and re-delivered. The warranty does not cover new creative requests, changes in business strategy, new scripts, changes to phone systems, third-party technical problems, client-requested modifications, or new versions of previously approved material.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eFile delivery and storage:\u003c\/strong\u003e Final agreed assets are delivered as individually labeled WAV and MP3 files where appropriate. Final project files will be available for download for approximately 90 days following delivery.
